Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your appointment. To ensure fairness to all our clients, we have the following policies in place:

We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to show up, you will be charged the total amount of your appointment. Please note that this fee must be paid before your next appointment.

No-shows:

If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the missed session.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late, please be aware that your session may be shortened to accommodate other clients. Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will decide if there is enough time to start your treatment. Regardless of the session length, you will be charged for the full session. Please show respect for your therapist and other clients by arriving on time.
